Shipping is free with any purchase of 100.00$ and more for canadian customers.  For any purchase less than 100.00$, you will be charged a fixed fee of 15.00$

In case of out of stock, Plaisir Tabous will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the possible time delay.

The shippments will be, in the majority of cities, carried out in packages by Canada Post by express shipping.

Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.  The buyer assumes the risk of loss of packages as soon as the package is delivered to the messaging service that will deliver.

We ship only to Canada and United States.

Unless of an error of delivery, delivery charges are not refundable.
