pFor mare than obvious reasons, we do not accept, Under any pretext, return on merchandise, exept in the cas where you receive a defective product.  Given the natue of the products sold on our site, it is quite clear that we cannot take back any product that would presage a use of the client./ppIf you get a defective product, please contace us within 3 days following receipt stating very clearly what the proble is, and we'll tell you how to return if applicable.  All our products are inspected befoir leavin our shop and are subject to as rigorous inspection on a return.  Make sure to always check the batteries of your toys that works with batteries and follow the indications for other products.  The color ou the wrong choice of a product is in no way a valid reason for a return./ppPlease note that there are no refund./ppIf your return for cause of defect request is accepted, you will need to meet the following requirements:/ppMeet time: having contacted us within 3 days upon receipt of the defective product and return it to us within 10 days followinf the date of receipt of your product by a carrier such as Canada post, Dicom, Ups, Purolator or othe, and this, at your expense, or in person at the store./ppInvoice: so that we can process your exchange, the returned item must be accompanied by the invoice of origin or your order confirmation number./ppConditions of goods: any returned item must be in the condition wich it was shipped.  All products must be in their original packaging.  All products with the slightest indication of use will not be exchanged./ppOnce conditions return respected, made and accepted, Plaisirs Tabous will exchange the product or provide you with a credit of the same amount if the product is no longer available.br/p
